We do a credit check, background check, job, and rental history. The requirements for approval are: • A 575 minimum credit score, and no prior bankruptcies in the last 10 years. • Clear background check with no prior felonies in the last 10 years. • Two landlords need to be provided to verify rental history, if applicable, and they cannot be relatives. • Employment verification for the last year of employment.
